Who we are
2sstudio.app is operated by 2S Development (“2S”, “we”, “us”), 4300 Biscayne Blvd, Suite 203, Miami, Florida 33137. 2S Studio is the app and assistant of 2S Development. Questions about this policy: welcome@2sstudio.app.
What we collect
- Your brief. What you write in the brief form, the project type you choose and your email address.
- Conversations with 2S Studio. When you chat with 2S Studio by text or voice after agreeing to the notice, we record and keep the messages, the audio and the transcript.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited to deliver and protect the site.
How we use it
- To understand your project and reply to you.
- To help you choose the right next step with 2S, such as starting your project or connecting with the 2S network.
- To improve 2S Studio and keep the site secure.
We don’t sell your personal information.
AI and service providers
2S Studio is an AI assistant. Conversations are processed by service providers that host the site, run the voice and text assistant and provide AI models. They process this information on our behalf to provide these services.
Recording and consent
Before a conversation starts, 2S Studio asks you to agree that the conversation is recorded and processed by AI. If you don’t agree, don’t start a conversation; you can send your brief or email us instead.
How long we keep it
We keep briefs and conversations for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up on your project, and then delete or anonymize them. [Retention period to be confirmed.]
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by writing to welcome@2sstudio.app.
Children
2sstudio.app is not intended for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information.
