2S isn’t a general contractor, an architecture firm, a brokerage or a manufacturer. It’s the layer that curates and coordinates the right people for each project, so you don’t have to already know who they are.

Bring the vision. We bring the network.
A client is anyone starting or continuing a property project with 2S: a homeowner, an investor, a developer or a project sponsor. You don’t need to already know the right professionals or vendors; that’s what the network is for. Joining is free; you only pay for the specific 2S services you choose along the way.

02 · 2S Agents
Bring the relationship. We bring the project.
The 2S Agent Network is open to licensed Florida real estate professionals: sales associates, broker associates, brokers and other eligible agents. An agent introduces a client with a property or project need into the 2S network and can stay involved as the project moves forward, under the applicable 2S Agent agreement.

Agents may be compensated under the 2S Agent program according to the applicable agreement; terms are set per relationship and not published here.
03 · Vendors
Bring the craft. We bring the project.
A vendor is a manufacturer, fabricator, showroom or specialist trade partner: the makers behind the materials, fixtures and finishes in a 2S project. Every vendor is vetted on craft and reliability, then matched only to the projects that need what they make.
